Refund policy
No agreement fee is collected unless both parties sign. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and review refunds when a paid service was not provided as promised. A later disagreement or failure to perform the settlement does not by itself qualify for a service-fee refund. Optional postal fees have separate refund rules. Mandatory consumer rights and more favorable terms already agreed for your case still apply. See /terms#refunds or request a refund in your workspace.
Participation is voluntary
The other party may decline or not respond. Activation does not guarantee participation or resolution, and gives the payer no influence over the analysis.
