Approved partners with current program terms save $30 on every new case they start with USD pricing. Your agreement fee is $49 instead of $79, payable only when both parties sign. The price is applied automatically to your signed-in partner account when you confirm the fees. It does not depend on Stripe payout setup, cannot be combined with the client referral discount, and does not earn a referral reward. Previously confirmed fees stay unchanged.

US partners earn $49 for a new referred client’s first eligible signed, paid agreement, then $20 for each additional eligible agreement completed within the next 12 calendar months. Both parties must sign the same final agreement, and SettleBetween must collect the full client agreement fee. Opening a case, signing up, sending an invitation, drafting an agreement or authorizing payment alone does not earn a reward.

A new client must sign in or start a case within 30 days of following your approved referral link. The most recent valid link before they save the offer determines the partner. Their SettleBetween account then stays linked to that partner for future referrals, including on another device, without clicking the link again. Later links do not change the partner or restart the reward period. Clients with previous paid cases or referrals under the original program are not new clients. Existing cases cannot be claimed later. Browser privacy settings or switching devices before saving the offer may prevent attribution.

The repeat-reward period starts at the captured payment time of the first eligible signed, paid agreement we verify. It ends at the same UTC time 12 calendar months later (February 28 for a February 29 start). Each repeat agreement must be signed and fully paid before that deadline. Opening a case before the deadline is not enough. The payment hold can finish after the deadline. A refund or payment dispute does not restart the period or create another $49 first reward.

Rewards are held for at least 30 days after we confirm collection. The current hold can be longer, up to 180 days, and is shown in your partner account. Transfers require partner approval, completed Stripe verification, active payout capabilities and available platform funds. Bank arrival is separate from the transfer and follows Stripe’s schedule.

Self-referrals, participation in your own referred case, duplicate or fabricated cases, fraud, refunds and payment disputes are ineligible. We may suspend abusive accounts, withhold ineligible commissions and reverse transfers after a refund or dispute. A hold does not eliminate later payment disputes. If a reversal cannot recover an ineligible reward, you agree to repay it on request.

Disclose your referral reward clearly whenever recommending SettleBetween. Do not promise a particular resolution, pressure either party to agree or describe the service as legal representation. Follow applicable marketing rules and do not send unsolicited bulk invitations. We may review applications and pause or end the program. Earned rewards remain subject to these terms.

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. Stripe may require identity, business, bank and tax information. We share the account information needed to provide payouts with Stripe.
